Group Dental Coverage

Groups as small as 2 employees may purchase group dental coverage similar to that of large groups.  Group dental plans may be purchased on a “stand-alone” basis or with a medical plan from the same insurance carrier.  Benefits vary widely between carriers, and we work with you to find the type of plans that meet your requirements and budget.  For a group dental quote, please complete the census form (Excel format) and fax or email it back to us.  We’ll provide you with a quote within 2 business days.
